What does Echo actually do?
Echo reads across all your notes and finds threads worth returning to — ideas mentioned in different places, questions left open, concepts that keep recurring. It builds a targeted question around what those notes share, so each session feels like continuing a conversation rather than reviewing old content. The more you add, the richer the connections.
What does Pulse deliver every day?
Pulse produces a personalised daily brief assembled entirely from your own notes. It surfaces open threads — things you’ve been thinking about but haven’t resolved — alongside ready-to-use drafts for emails, LinkedIn posts, meeting summaries, and more. Every item is grounded in what you actually wrote, not generic AI output.
How is WisenChat different from ChatGPT?
WisenChat is grounded entirely in your own note library — it cannot invent information. Every response cites the specific note it came from. Unlike general AI tools, it understands which projects you’re working on, which ideas are unresolved, and what’s been on your mind. It knows your work, not the internet.
Can I search across multiple notes at once?
Yes. WisenChat can synthesise information across your entire library in one query. What can I import into Wisen?
Wisen converts PDFs, voice recordings, images, handwritten pages, and text files into searchable block-based notes. Audio is automatically transcribed, scanned pages are indexed, and everything becomes available to Echo, Pulse, and WisenChat. Automatic language detection supports 9 languages — so nothing gets left out regardless of what language you think in.
How does Wisen turn my notes into drafts?
Pulse detects when your notes contain enough material to generate a useful output — an email reply, a LinkedIn post, a meeting summary — and surfaces it as an action. You review and send. Drafts are anchored to what you actually wrote, so the tone and context already match your thinking rather than sounding like generic AI copy.
What is the Knowledge Map?
The Knowledge Map is a visual graph that shows how all your notes and ideas connect. It reveals clusters you might not have noticed — recurring themes, isolated notes, or bridges between separate projects. The longer you use Wisen, the richer and more navigable your map becomes as a tool for discovery and creative thinking.
Is my data private and secure?
All notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before leaving your device. Your encryption key is stored in iCloud Keychain and never reaches any server. AI features use the OpenAI API only for content you actively engage with — and none of your notes are ever used to train any model, by Wisen or OpenAI.
